sour cherry pie filling

Instructions
Start oven heating to 175 C (350 F).
Spray baking pan lightly (or grease.)
Empty jar of pie filling into the baking pan. Set aside.
In a bowl, beat 1 egg, then stir in 1 tbsp honey.
Little by little, mix in 1 cup (150 g) of the oatmeal pancake mix.
Spoon in dollops over top of pie filling.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 F / 175 C.
Remove from oven, let cool for about 5 minutes before serving for the filling to set a bit.
