  1. Drain the beans and mushrooms.
  2. Put drained veg in a large, wide skillet.
  3. Add jar of Minnesota mix.
  4. [Optional] Season to taste with garlic powder and a dried herb such as oregano.
  5. Bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer and let simmer uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes until most of the moisture is driven off.
  6. [Optional] Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and grated Parmesan.

  7. Serve hot.
