Sour Cherry Oatmeal Crumble

A delicious quick crumble made using your home-canned sour cherry pie filling.

  1. Start oven heating to 175 C (350 F).
  2. Spray baking pan lightly (or grease.)
  3. Empty jar of pie filling into the baking pan. Set aside.
  4. In a bowl, beat 1 egg, then stir in 1 tbsp honey.
  5. Little by little, mix in 1 cup (150 g) of the oatmeal pancake mix.
  6. Spoon in dollops over top of pie filling.
  7. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 F / 175 C.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool for about 5 minutes before serving for the filling to set a bit.
